IT Technology believes it is critical to institute a regular maintenance and monitoring program to keep your systems operating at peak performance. Your business should not be jeopardized by system downtime and service interruptions.
In consultation with our clients, IT Technology conducts maintenance during planned downtime (i.e. off business hours) so that work continues uninterrupted. We also monitor systems 24x7 to keep clients up and running and protect against security threats (viruses, hackers, spam, etc.). Our in-house security experts are trained in the most sophisticated techniques to prevent attacks and protect clients’ IT infrastructure.

Documentation
In addition to detailed billing and asset management documentation, IT Technology provides clients with comprehensive data about their IT environment to help them maximize their IT expenditure. We provide metrics showing the percentage of IT service dollars going to helpdesk calls or to a satellite office or to a particular user who may be in need of IT training. This enables clients to track where their IT dollars are actually going and help them target potential areas for improvements.
